At Lakes Aesthetic Clinic, we want every client to enjoy a safe, smooth, and professional experience.

To help us provide the best possible service, we kindly ask that you take a moment to familiarise yourself with our policies:

Consultations

A consultation is required before any new treatment to ensure we understand your needs and to create a safe, personalised treatment plan.

From the 1st of May 2025, all consultations will require a £30 booking fee.

This fee is redeemable against any treatment booked following your consultation.

If you book your consultation before 1st May, it will remain free.

Booking policy

To secure your appointment, a booking fee may be required.

This fee will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day.

Cancellation policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, may result in the loss of your booking fee. Cancellations with less than 24hours notice you can be charged the full price of your appointment. 

This policy is in place to respect both your time and the time of other clients waiting for appointments.

No-shows

Missed appointments without prior notice (no-shows) may result in the full treatment fee being charged or may require full payment up front for future bookings.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time.

However, please understand that your treatment may need to be adapted or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

Treatment suitability

Following your consultation, if it is determined that a treatment is not suitable for you for medical or other reasons, we will always explain this fully and offer alternative options where appropriate.

In some cases, treatments may not go ahead if it is not in your best interest.

Age policy

Clients must be 18 years or older for all aesthetic treatments. Proof of age may be requested.

Medical information

Please ensure all medical history and information provided is accurate and up to date.

This helps us to keep you safe and to tailor your treatment appropriately.
